It currently costs about $850 to fully renovate a single shelter room, which provides a family of four with:
- New pillows, sheets, comforters, and towels
- Toiletries and storage solutions
- Rugs, artwork, and cozy touches like stuffed animals or blankets for children
- A refreshed space with paint, small furnishings, cleaning, and minor repairs
Your donations help us provide items that make the space feel warm and dignified.
Plus, the family takes their items along when they move into permanent housing, thus extending your impact far beyond their stay in the shelter.
Larger donations enable us to renovate entire sets of rooms simultaneously or enhance shared spaces, including living rooms, reception areas, office space, kitchens, gardens, and outdoor seating areas.
